Is there a way to add a notes field to meeting reminders?

The majority of my meetings are teleconferences, with call in numbers and net meeting IPs, that kind of thing. In iCal, I add such details to the "Note" field, but find no easy way to do this with Sandy (I end up appending the notes to the meeting title, in parens).

Also, an odd functionality I would like to point out. As I mentioned, these notes are often call in numbers, numbers specific to the meeting, not any individual attendee. Whenever I append a phone number to the title, as I mention above, it also adds the meeting as a contact. I suppose it would be okay if I did this in a 2 step process, making a contact with the call in number, then setting a meeting with that contact. But if I did that, would the contact phone number be included in the meeting reminder?
