Is there a way to add a notes field to meeting reminders?
The majority of my meetings are teleconferences, with call in numbers and net meeting IPs, that kind of thing. In iCal, I add such details to the "Note" field, but find no easy way to do this with Sandy (I end up appending the notes to the meeting title, in parens).
Also, an odd functionality I would like to point out. As I mentioned, these notes are often call in numbers, numbers specific to the meeting, not any individual attendee. Whenever I append a phone number to the title, as I mention above, it also adds the meeting as a contact. I suppose it would be okay if I did this in a 2 step process, making a contact with the call in number, then setting a meeting with that contact. But if I did that, would the contact phone number be included in the meeting reminder?

I am sorry I managed to overlook this message.
Sandy now keeps track of the entire message you send in, so if you visit any appointment, to-do, or what-have-you on the site, click its name in any list, and then click the "More context" link, you'll find all your context there, safe and sound.
Also, any reminder you receive will always have the full text of the original email message at the bottom of the reminder email.
So either way, you have the full context of anything you've asked Sandy to remember for you or remind you about.
The contact issue you mention was a bug and is now working as expected (it bit me a few times too!).

Inappropriate?I tend to use Sandy for the reminder and then attach the url for the specific stikkit that holds the information I need at stikkit.com.
e.g. Remember meeting with Annette - http://stikkit.com/1234567
putting the stikkit in the url field keeps my information with my reminder, but still seperate.
