Missing Checkboxes in Daily Digest
I use a number of different tags to keep items separate (work, home, calls) - and was VERY happy that they all had a nice little checkbox next to them. I'm happy you changed the weird 3 way checkbox in favor of the new simpler one, but NO checkbox by default on non-todo tagged items? Why? That seems kind of crazy to me. Not a fan of having to double tag (@work @todo) items I send to Sandy now.
I guess I'm not sure what kind of work flow you guys are suggesting now...
Do you recommend NOT adding @todo to all new items, and just having them be non-checkboxed in the daily digest - then we click "edit" then "forget" to remove them? If so that seems like a step backwards in ease of use.
Do tell...
and BTW Rael - you do a GREAT job with keeping this board alive!
The more people who ask this question, the more it gets noticed.

Inappropriate?I think they are suggesting that we double tag items. I can see their point though. Not everything should be a todo or can be marked as "done".
For example, let's say I have a project to fix a leaky faucet in the bathroom. I create a new tag @faucet. I then create a bunch of items and tag them with @faucet. One is a Bookmark to a website where it talks about how to fix a faucet. One is a Contact for a plumber. One is an Appointment for a visit by the plumber. One is a Note recording the excessively high estimate that the plumber gave me. One is an actual Todo and it tells me to visit Home Depot and buy a washer and some tools.
You see, not everything is a todo. The Contact and the Bookmark (the webpage) are tagged with @faucet, but they may not be an actual todo item.
