As I posted the other day at http://gsfn.us/t/33z, they've just not added the link yet. I had thought it would take them no time at all, but I've just received word that it will be up "within the next week or two."
I'm updating the instructions right now to include the longer, manual method so that this isn't confusing to anyone else. In the meantime, though, you'll find the instructions at http://gsfn.us/t/3kd.
