I signed up for the service but I didn't receive the password. I tried resetting the password but it didn't arrive.
Checked spam folder as well.

Inappropriate?I had a secondary account associated with my primary account. Once I removed the association under "settings" with my primary account, I was able to register my secondary account. Thirdly, Sandy is great.
