NEW! Sandy's email is now richer, prettier, and even more fun!
Sandy's a pretty colorful and playful character, always striving not only to help you be more productive, but to bake a little fun into the otherwise functional nature of getting and keeping organized.
To that end, she's taken the wraps off her brand new HTML email format. Sandy's replies and reminders are now richer, prettier, and even more fun! Most importantly, though, they're still just as helpful, functional, and powerful as they've always been -- and there's deeper functionality on the way!
* Anyone signing up as a new client will have HTML email automatically enabled for their account.
* If you're an existing client, you can turn on HTML email by visiting http://iwantsandy.com/settings/email, selecting "Rich text (HTML)" under "Email format", and clicking the Save button.
(We wanted to be sure not to toss existing clients a curve-ball by having email showing up out of the blue.)
The HTML version of Sandy's email messages all still include a plain text version (identical to those you're already used to receiving) for compatibility with email programs that do better with plain text email.
We hope you enjoy the splash of color!

Inappropriate?Howdy,
We are in the midst of experimenting with some additional functionality made possible by Sandy's new HTML email.
The most exciting of these are mailto: links; you can ask Sandy to mark something to-do/done, forget something, snooze a reminder, and more with a quick "click-and-send". These links compose email back to Sandy and paste in the appropriate "remind me in 15 minutes" or "forget #1" which means there's no need to click the link, go to your browser, and make the change there (if you're not in the mood to compose a reply). This is particularly useful for snoozing reminders in a jiffy on your iPhone or BlackBerry.
We've some more testing to do, but "click-and-send" links are working very nicely with most email programs (the exceptions are a couple of Web-based mail programs).
If you're up for giving this a whirl, please email help@iwantsandy.com from the email address associated with your I want Sandy account and the subject line "Click-and-send me!" and we'll be glad to turn it up for your account.

Inappropriate?I really like the HTML emails, thanks.
Another thing I really like is the little link at the bottom of the website to turn off the Comic Sans (yes, I'm one of THOSE people). Can you please add that setting to the email settings so I can enjoy my Sandy emails without gritting my teeth? :) -
I agree - I like the HTML e-mail, but my mail client (Lotus Notes) displays the results too small, and even at the largest setting I can't make out the rich-text version. Any plans to allow us to choose the format Sandy uses in her reminders? I'd be happy to see the scripty font replaced with something more readable as an option... -
Inappropriate?Rael,
Is there the option to only receive plain text. Blackberry's as of right now still do not like multipart emails. Only half the email I get from Sandy on my BB is able to be read. For example all confirmation emails and lookups still only show up with "application: application/X-rimdevicecalendar". I would greatly appreciate it if text only emails could be enabled. I know I am not alone in this either as there have been countless posts asking for it.
I’m frustrated

Inappropriate?Hi NS,
Absolutely you can have text-only. Take a gander at your email settings and make sure you have plain text set for email format and attachments turned off (something we enables a week or so ago specifically for BB toting customers.
