I am having this problem as well. Actually, I stopped getting email reminders so I tried cancelling and then re-upping. Now I am not receiving a confirmation email.

I am having the same problem.

Actually, I had an account that was not sending me reminders, so I cancelled and tried again.

Now the confirmation email is not showing up.

Help!
