No transcription when jotting to Sandy!

I linked jott w/Sandy without a problem. I have made two calls to Jott to Sandy and in both cases received emails (from Jott and Sandy) saying that there was no transcription. I used the word "remember" at the beginning of the message. What am I doing wrong?
