Inappropriate?There currently is no way to sync with Outlook. The best you can do is subscribe to Sandy's ICal feed with Outlook, and you'll be able to see sandy's appointments (in read-only form) in Outlook.

Inappropriate?To have this will be great. It will make it easy to have just one place to look for appointment instead of two.
