Problem with lookups

When I do a lookup that returns more items than Sandy can fit in one email, she puts a link at the bottom of the page for More Results. Clicking on it takes you to your Sandy account, but I find that Sandy then tells me that nothing matches my query, even though I know I have more items in the lookup.
