Reminder emails and tweets missing
I didn't get reminder email or tweets yesterday morning or this morning. I got the daily digest and then the I got my afternoon reminders. Any ideas?

Sandy might have just been backed up this morning. Were all the missing reminders/tweets in the 6-7am range (of your local timezones)? -

Inappropriate?I just tested it again and its working now - it was just the early morning reminders between 7am and 9am Eastern both yesterday and today that didn't come through....
I would be happy to pay a fee to avoid this issue when Sandy is backed up - you have to be able to rely on Sandy or it's no use.1 Comment

Inappropriate?Ok, the early morning ones being lost is a known issue that Rael is working on. hopefully he'll have some good news about that in today's townhall.
As for the 11EDT one, that one should have come through. -

Inappropriate?It is still happening for me. Every morning I don't get reminder emails//tweets. The daily digest does get through although its usually around 9am instead of 7am.
Reminders in the middle of the day seem to be ok. -
Inappropriate?There is a known problem with early-morning reminders in the 7am range being lost due to system load.
Rael is currently implementing a fix to resolve this problem. -
Inappropriate?I lost a 7am and an 11am (that I sent to Sandy at 7:48am), all times EDT. Is the problem when they were sent or when they were supposed to be sent out?

Inappropriate?Both actually.. SAndy gets so bogged down during that time that Anything she has to send or receive during that time will be delayed significantly. That means reminders scheduled to be send during that time will be very late (possibly erased because they're too late to be useful), and email sent to be sandy will have a significant delay in processing due to the backlog.

All mine seem to arrive with sandy - so if I log into the site I can get them. The problem for me is that reminders are not delivered. It's the email remainders that make Sandy useful for me....
