We've finally pinpointed just when this happened and found the commonality with the last time this happened a couple of weeks ago. With that in hand, we'll be making sure it doesn't happen again.
In the meantime, Sandy is back in the saddle and reminders are working once again.

Hi Neal!.
I spent some time over the weekend delving into this and you were indeed right: those reminders that Sandy had failed to send (due to that mail server issue of last week) that were repeating (i.e. @weekly, @daily, or the like) didn't have their recurrence kick back into gear when they recovered. We worked with Sandy today to make sure all those recurring events, well, ... recur again. Those of you who were missing some recurring reminders should see your daily, weekly, monthly, ... etc. reminders being delivered again as of this afternoon.
Sorry for the rough week, folks! All should be back to normal and Sandy's back on track again.

It seems that some of the reminders Sandy was emailing out were getting stuck at one of her mail servers and thus not going anywhere fast.
I've just found and fixed the issue and put another monitoring system in place to notify us right away if this were to happen again.
I apologize for your not having received your reminders or Daily Digests for the past few hours (or if you've received them late).
If today's Daily Digest didn't arrive and you'd like Sandy to send you a copy, you can visit your I want Sandy home page at http://iwantsandy.com/home and click the "Email a fresh copy" link and she'll fire one off to you right away.

I'm afraid I can't seem to replicate what you're seeing: Sandy is sending out thousands of reminders throughout the day which seem to be hitting spot on for the lion's share of folks.
That said, I know that knowing this doesn't help you very much individually.
Could you both please send email to help@iwantsandy.com with mention of the reminders you were expecting and didn't receive?
We'll figure out how your reminders are getting lost in the shuffle!

Inappropriate?Over the weekend I got the daily digest, plus some (but not all) reminders. The only pattern I could find was that anything tagged @daily with a morning send time failed, but my one @daily afternoon reminder and all non-@daily came through.

I recommend that you post a new problem or question that specifically deals with what you are experiencing. I know from my own experience that Rael is extremely good at responding (one of the best!), but he may not be seeing your problem because it might appear buried here. Give it a shot as a new topic!

My reminder on Friday eventually came (at about 4:30pm) since then everything has been on time :) -
All daily/weekday reminders have failed for me since last week. (I've been out of the office for a while, or I'd have noticed sooner.) Weekly and one-shot reminders are working normally, as are the digests. -

Sandy's plowing through delivery of those late Daily Digests and reminders coming due now. It'll still be a few minutes before she's completely caught up but at that point she'll be right on schedule and back to being as reliable as you've come to expect (or, for you newcomers, hope).

All daily/weekday reminders are still failing as of today. Weeklies, one-shots, and the digest are working normally. -
Inappropriate?Rael, just so you know, my reminders still haven't arrived about 1.5 hours after your last message. (They're not in my spam folder. I have Daily Digests turned off, but I clicked on the the "Email me a fresh copy" link about 10 minutes ago and that hasn't arrived either.)
Is Sandy just still working her way through the old emails, or does the problem still exist? -

Inappropriate?Sorry Rael... My weekly reminder for Fridays (and the only repeating reminder I have) still did not show up on Friday like it used to, even though the errand item was listed on my Daily Digest as always.
