And that I can appreciate the technical difficulties
however I am a bit frustrated in getting these, "to complete the change..."
responses from the system. As I said, I did get a response from Jessi, and that's nice. She's offered to manually add my BlackBerry as the secondary address.
At least, I think that's what's happening. I was in the system resending the activation message, so perhaps I'm messing her efforts up.
In any case, I look forward to resolving this and using the service.
Now, tell you won't start charging for this in a year or two. <g>
