Revised reminders are re-scheduled for the wrong time

When I want to push a reminder and reply to your reminder with 'Remind me in X minutes', you always seems to get the new reminder time wrong.
The most recent occurrence I replied to your 11:40am reminder with "Remind me in 15 minutes" and you replied that you'd updated the item to remind me at 11:46am.
Am i doing something wrong Sandy?
