How can I change my date & time preferences to show me week started at monday? And I prefer to view 24h time.

Inappropriate?I definitely use 24-hour time, so Sandy, otherwise a very personable and helpful young lady, is totally out of sync with me there. Also I hope she could offer a variety of alternative date formats, including 01 June 2008. Thanks.
