Sandy finds forgotten items and turns 'lookups' into appts

I used to have an appointment item that contained the word pager in it that you forgot as I requested. When I search my account on the website for all items containing the word 'pager', I find nothing (so far so good). If I send you an email with L pager, you are returning a lengthy list of items which includes the forgotten appointment as well as many appointment items titled as l pager (I'm assuming from previous requests I made to look it up). Sandy, a) why are you turning 'lookups' into items and b) how do I get all these items out of your memory. (I've asked you to forget them over and over but each time I see if it worked by submitting an l pager request, you make it into another item (albeit one I can't see on the website).)

I have the same problem with the tag "@packen". When i do a "Lookup @packen" i get back a huge list of items which are already forgotten. On my Sandy-Dashboard the WWW there are noch items tagged with "@packen" anymore.
