Sandy no longer replies to my lookup emails.
Sandy no longer replies to my lookup emails. This used to work but now if I send Sandy a lookup request via email she doesn't reply even though I can see items that should match on the website and she replies just fine via Twitter.

Inappropriate?I sent an email with a subject line and it worked. However, in the past Sandy would reply to messages without a subject line.
