Sandy not reminding both parties of the scheduled event

I am having a problem communicating with Sandy when the two of us are in two different time zones. I just tried remind us and she scheduled it twice as 3:30 PM on my side. I tried Remind me and CC-d this other person, and she only sent me the reminder. How do I get Sandy to remind us both in our respective time zones? Help is appreciated. This doesn't make me very happy I'm having so many issues with something I thought I'd be able to grasp. I've already read the help topics and it didn't address something like this. Frown.

    OK, I've been meaning to update this. I put remind us, and indeed, if both have a Sandy account, she sends a reminder in your time zone, but it has my time zone. I first did an example when I tried 3:30 PT 18:30 ET and it put two appointments in here. I then tried remind us and only put it in one time zone and one appointment and she did send us both a reminder. This is not covered in help at all! Staff have not replied as of late, and its very frustrating when this is the case. I try to help with everyone I can, if I'm able to. I'm a blind individual who puts in a lot of time helping people so that possible employers see that I can work in an environment. But when i have a problem and I E-mail the company and/or post on a forum like this, and don't get a reply, it doesn't seem like I am wanted. Lets start helping each other, and lets hope that the staff can answer these enquiries so that everyone can benefit. This topic is 5 days old with no response. I usually don't take that long.
