Sandy not responding to "update" or "forget" commands via email

In the body of my email to Sandy, I typed: update #1 @done

The list never got marked as "done". So, I tried to ask her to "forget" it. I fashioned a new email to Sandy, typing: forget #1

She doesn't seem to want to forget it. It still shows my list under "Your Stuff" - "Lists"

Earlier in my test, I did receive an email referring to the list I want to delete as #1. Things seem to match up there, but Sandy isn't responding.
