Sandy tells me my e-mail address is already taken
I accidentally cancelled my account. Now when I try to sign up with the same e-mail address Sandy tells me it's already taken. When I use the reset password function I never receive an e-mail. Could it be that Sandy doesn't allow an e-mail used with a cancelled account anymore?

I'll admit that recreating a cancelled account is difficult. For security, we don't let it happen automatically. I've reset the address so that you can sign up again.
Unfortunately, you caught us right at the beginning of the Thanksgiving holiday. As such, it took way too long to get this resolved for you, but it's not indicative of Sandy's performance overall. I encourage you to give her another shot.
