Sandy thinks my mail is spam. Waaahh!

When I send emails to Sandy so that she can add them to my calendar or list, they get returned to me showing a "Spam" tag that your system has added to them. She says she can't understand what I am asking her to do - I assume because that spam tag gets in the way of her interpretation of the email.

What do I do so that you incoming mail server doesn't mark my emails to Sandy as spam!?
