Sandy @todo showing up as actionable tasks in mylyn when I need them.
Not a change request, but more of a thank you and 'hurrah' for integration with other stuff - in my case, google apps (calendar and email), labels and jott.
The short story: I work on software for a living. I use eclipse, not necessarily because it's a great tool but these days because of 'mylyn', a task-management plugin on steroids.
At any rate, with relatively little pain, I was able to get the latest release of mylyn to slurp sandy's schedule (via google calendar) into an all-encompassing calendar (work, personal, everything all in one without having to put my personal stuff in the work calendar). Moderately helpful. Even better, sandy's emailed @todo reminders to gmail (with a simple label filter) turn into actionable tasks that can be (for those into the mylyn verbage) activated, time tracked and dealt with right in eclipse.
I need more practice, but I can see a near future where sandy tells me what's coming next, I can focus on just that thing, and then when it's all done ask "What the heck did I spend my time on last week" without having to jot down each and every thing manually. It's really amazing that I can call in my task over the phone, or now pretty closely with a note from my ide and it magically comes back to my desktop when I'm supposed to start working on it. Now, if I can just get mylyn to tell sandy that I'm finished with my task...
The fact that it's portable to multiple computers is equally astonishing, and just about the most helpful thing imaginable. On a sad note, my moleskine is getting much less use these days. The one glimmer of hope - hopefully Sandy uses one to keep track of all my stuff. That would make me feel better.
Awesome job, Sandy (and Rael). Every day things are a little bit better than they could have been.

Inappropriate?Nice setup. I liked the part about turning Sandy's email reminders into "actionable tasks" for your task-management system.
I agree, Sandy's very helpful. And getting better.
