Sidebar sort option menus and checkboxes disappeared
I no longer see the checkboxes or sort options menus on the right sidebar. Tag lists and calendar still there, but I can't change the sort options or check off if I want to show "done" or "archived" items or not.

You're not alone in missing them.
For the time being, try adding some of the following options to the end of the address line. (A question mark is used to start the options, and an & is used in between different option)
Options: done=1 archived=1 past=1
Example: iwantsandy.com/lists?past=1&archived=1
