SMS not coming in (t-mobile us)

That is the URL for one of my events, if that helps track anything down.
I created the reminder to get the clothes out of the wash via the web command interface. Reminder didnt come, though luckily the episode of 30 Rock I was watching had ended and I wondered what time it was, and figured out that my towels were still wet.
Usually these reminder have been bulletproof but I have had a few lately that come in late, sometimes up to an hour.
Happy to give any information I can on the issue.

Inappropriate?It did come in, just an hour after it was supposed to.
Other SMS delivery appears timely, i.e. person-to-person.

Inappropriate?I received a bunch of reminders at once, then nothing the rest of the day. Although I am receiving Sandy reminders to my twitter feed.
