SMS not working with T-Mobile US

I am not receiving the sms messages on T-Mobile US this morning, even though I tested the accounting setting last night and it worked fine then.

I'm not receiving text messages (AT&T) or emails from Sandy this morning. Even the test button for the SMS fails to send me a txt.

I've tried to get a confirmation SMS to my T-Mobile US phone the past few days with no luck.
