Snooze function not finding message
Firstly love Sandy. Can not live without it (but really hoping you will provide SMS to Australia some time soon?).
The issue I have is when I attempt to snooze a message (by replying to message and typing "snooze ofr 1 hour) I get the following message "Hrm. I couldn't find this anywhere. Might you already have deleted it?"

Inappropriate?I'm having this same problem. I've never been able to snooze a message no matter how I format it.
I’m frustrated

Inappropriate?Hi Stacie and Bradlea,
If Sandy's saying she can't find the message to which you're responding, it is likely that the mail program you're using is stripping out the headers that Sandy uses to keep track of the conversation when the text/context isn't enough. Are you perchance using Outlook 2003? If not, what mail program are you using?
We'll get to the bottom of this for you.

Inappropriate? Was using outlook 2000, but now Outlook 2007 and Blackberry.

Inappropriate?Nope, I'm using Yahoo mail (web and through my Blackberry).

Inappropriate?Rather than using "snooze", have you tried responding with "remind me again in 1 hour" ?
-
That exact phrase doesn't work, but "remind me about #1 in 1 hour" does. I was just hoping to save a couple of keystrokes. -
Inappropriate?I have the same problem. If I use "update" it works; if I use "snooze" it doesn't. I am using Outlook 2007.
