snooze options
What options for the snooze feature are available? I first tried "remind me in 5mins" but received no response; I just sent another "remind me in 10 minutes" to see if that will work... I didnt find any detail currently in the help or forums. Thanks!

Also - did you copy and paste your first attempt (to remind you in 5 mins)? It's just that I notice that it says "5mins" with no space between the number and word; perhaps that confused Sandy? Or it might be that she doesn't recognise "mins" - I don't know, but perhaps trying again using "5 minutes" would be worth a try?
