Specifying timezones

Right now, it doesn't look like Sandy understands timezones in requests. So something like:

remind me about the tech debrief call at 6:30PM Eastern on Wednesday

still schedules a call at 6:30PM in the default timezone that I've configured Sandy for.

I spend half my time in Tokyo, working with US clients, so it would be great if Sandy handled the timezone conversion for me.
