Inappropriate?Sandy *saves* the entire email (minus attachments) you send her. She *acts* on whatever you type after the "r", "remember", or "remind" keyword.
So, if you start your email with "r Buy Moby Dick from Amazon @todo", then she'll add that as a to-do item.
She saves the entire email as "more context".
On the website, when you select an item, you can click "more context" in the popup to see the entirety of the original email. Or you can select the item's link in the daily digest or lookup.
If you include the URL or any other text in the email after, "r Buy Moby Dick from Amazon @todo", you can still see it.
I’m happy

Inappropriate?I think the question is how do you populate the new "url" field that has recently appeared.
The default behavior for:
r something http://www.foo.com @todo
is to create a todo for something and then a seperate item for the URL. -
Inappropriate?Howdy,
Thanks, Omar and Austin for helping Nandish out!
When you ask Sandy to remember a bookmark (i.e. a URL) for you and tag it as @todo, she'll create a bookmark for you that's also a to-do. I've attached a screenshot of the very article Omar mentioned.

Inappropriate?Aloha,
Thanks folks - following the advice adds the URL into the context / notes area - seems it would make more sense to have it in the URL field...

my work flow is based around time sensitive google docs - which Sandy reminds me about / schedules - have the url point to the doc is 10 times more helpful than pointing towards the task
not sure how much of an edge case I am - but seems like it would be simple to add a schema for specifying the main url via email...
great tool - thanks muchly -
Inappropriate? It would be nice though if the following worked (as far as I can tell it does not)
r something http://www.foo.com @todo
I would like for a new reminder called "something" to be created with the "url" field to be set to http://foo.com not a bookmark. -
Inappropriate?I'd also like to see this feature. I agree with Omar that the default behavior is counter-intuitive.
I’m undecided
