Suddenly got new items that I did not enter
This morning Sandy seems to have gone into overdrive - however these are items that I have not entered.
I'm not sure if these are other people's items or ones Sandy is generating.
For example:

This one was listed about 7 times in my 'list' view. I took out the phone number as it might belong to a real person.
Any explination?

First and foremost, those are samples drawn from Sandy's guide, not anyone else's data; security and privacy are our #1 priority and take every precaution to make sure there's no data leakage of any sort.
As to just how you got those samples from the guide into your calendar, at first blush it seems you must have asked for help, received the guide by email, and replied -- your mail client including the guide text in some way that Sandy didn't recognize as her own and so picked up and scheduled for you.
We'll look into this first thing this morning and post here once we have it sorted.
