twitter directs not getting through to sandy?

sent a direct message to sandy through twitter last night. it is not included in my daily digest and i can't find it anywhere in my tasks at sandy. I'm having a lot of problems with Sandy lately... reminders not showing up, etc. It's kinda disappointing.
