When I forget to "Remember"...
OK, so I keep forgetting to use the word "remember" in my emails to Sandy. And I keep getting the "I'm confused" response from her. Which is helpful -- sort of. But the email puts what I typed in my original message alllllllllll the waaaaaay at the booooottttooooommmm of the message from Sandy, after all the links to tutorials. By then, I've lost interest in the message.
Would be much better to echo my original message at the top of message and have Sandy get to the point earlier. ?Que no?
Claro que si.

Inappropriate? That'd be a nice addition. I'd like to see this implemented, too.
By the way, you can just put "r" at the beginning of an email to get Sandy to recognize that it is an item she should pay attention to. Example: "r Buy Milk. @food" (without the quotation marks).
