Why can't Sandy receive the email to activate my account?
I cannot activate my account. Sandy does not appear to be receiving my email messages (Yes, I am using the email she sent to me in the Welcome email). What should I do?

We've been battling a particularly nasty spam attack, successfully protecting your inboxes and accounts from spurious email. Things are returning to normal here and we continue to work on the issue to streamline our spam-filtering so as to avoid these kinds of delays in the future.

Hi CJ! I'm sorry it took so long — that's rather odd. Are you perchance using Gmail? I noticed that some messages from Sandy yesterday to me were sent just on time (ex. Daily Digest at 7:03am) and went through our mail systems, claiming to be delivered a few seconds later; yet I didn't see them show in Gmail until much later in the afternoon. -

Inappropriate?i am having the same issue. can't seem to get activated. sent about 4 responses to the welcome email. using google aps. signed up early yesterday morning (az time). - this could the same issue as the latency in processing emails which others are experiencing (i'm following that issue as well)

Inappropriate?I appreciate your help, but see my most recent attemt below to follow your instructions. Well, now I am beginning to think I am just stupid. I clicked on the first link you gave me in the email. That took me to the reset password screen, you said "with that done" so I took that to mean that I was to reset my password yet again, so I did.
So then you say visit the second link in the email, I did, but that link just takes me to the login screen and when I tried to login it will not accept the password. I am back at the same place (pulling my hair out)
What did I do wrong? I really am trying!!!! -
