Why didn't I receive my daily digest or reminders this morning?
Daily digest did not arrive this morning, neither did an sms reminder I had been expecting. Moreover, an item which should have been tagged with @todo was not, despite my having received confirmation from Sandy that the tag had been added correctly.

I'm terribly sorry you've not been receiving your expected reminders!
The problem has been fixed and Sandy is making her way through the backlog right now (and should be finished in minutes).

Inappropriate?I had the same issues this morning, no daily digest and no reminders. I am getting nervous, can I count on this software???
When I email myself a 'fresh copy' of my daily digest nothing happens. What has happened? I feel so lost.

Inappropriate?I'm still not getting any reminders of any kind. This is really freaking me out. Rael, how long will I be off line? What is being put in place to make sure this doesn't happen again? It's hard to trust something if you put your life on it and can't access it.

Inappropriate?I can now confirm that reminders are still not working, I have set up a few 'test' reminders to check that out and I did got a response that the reminder was created but not the reminder itself.

Inappropriate?Well, I got a digest at 14:30 PT. Or shortly after. It only had the one thing, and marked it as done. It has been this way since at least Friday with spiratic E-mail issues in which no E-mail was sent or sent hours later.
