Why won't Sandy update or forget based on responses to Daily Digests?
Sandy isn't updating or forgetting items as I kindly specify in responses to my Daily Digest.
For instance, I responded to her in this fashion:
And she wrote back saying she couldn't find anything to do.

Try top-replying to her email to you (i.e. put the "forget #1" at the top of the message). HOw does that work for you (and others experiencing the same issue)?
