Workaround to use IM with Twitter and Sandy: excla.im

I just signed up for a little service called Excla.im, created by one of the guys at Threadless. It's basically a bridge to allow people with Jabber IM accounts to update their twitter status through IM, since Twitter has all but scrapped IM support. I set up my Google imformation and my Twitter info, and send a direct message to Sandy, and it worked like a charm! Sadly, messages are one-way only right now, but there are plans to implement getting IM updates from Twitter to Jabber soon.
