o sistema não aceita o m/ convite

Boa Tarde,

Há cerca de uma semana que estou a tentar fazer um convite (quando entro tenho a informação que tenho "3 invitations left") mas o mesmo nunca é aceite pelo sistema e dá-me como resposta "You did not check the checkbox below (2.)
The person you are inviting must not fit into any of the points marked as "not ok to invite".
If he/her fall into any of these points, please do not invite this person" o que não é verdade.
Também já tentei forçar através do "sent invitation" e a resposta que obtenho é: "Help! The person i've invited doesn't get the e-mail
That's ok, you just need to give him/her the personal invitation code listed below.
This code can then be entered by him/her at this address:" mas não há código nenhum bellow.
Resumindo não consigo perceber o que se passa:
* estou a fazer alguma coisa mal ?
* o m/ perfil não permite fazer convites ?
