Cpc Stats on SponsoredTweets Reset to 0! Please, HELP...
I'd like to start by saying that I've had a great experience with Sponsored Tweets so far. I've received 3 offers and they've been paid. However, there is a problem. My sponsoredtweets stats are inaccurate. I'd like the data to be corrected because I'm afraid it will effect whether I get more purchases from advertisers. My last sponsored tweet was posted and was at about $1.59 cpc within 48 hours. Before I was paid for the tweet, my stats reset to 0. Now it looks like I only got 10 clicks for the tweet and a cpc of over $4.00! Could someone correct the stats, so that advertisers see the accurate figures? It upsets me to think that advertisers are not purchasing tweets on my profile because of inaccurate stats (of which I have no control over). Feeling helpless....
Thanks so much!

Inappropriate?Hey @Alva, sorry about that! We're aware of the issue and trying to push our a fix for it ASAP. Looks like in some cases we're using the incorrect stats from bitly, which is resulting in a number of CPCs being off. Looks like this just happened Friday, so it hasn't been like this for too long. We'll respond more once we've issued a fix for this one.
I’m excited

Inappropriate?Syler is right about this. We contacted Bitly about these stats being off, and they said an upgrade they did last week cause all sorts of issues with clicks being off. They mentioned they were working on getting a fix for this issue, and we're looking into ways of adjusting for this in the meantime. I'll update here if we find out more about this.

Inappropriate?OK, bitly stats are still off, but we put out a temporary fix for this. Bitly gives out two "click counts" for a bitly link. One is the total clicks on your specific bitly link, and another is the total clicks on all links that go to the location of your bitly link. So if you created a custom link to google.com, there'd be tons and tons of total clicks, and then whatever ones actually used your link to get there. Unfortunately that "total clicks" one that should be really high was coming back as total clicks - clicks from this link. That caused our stats to be off.
Since all links sponsoredtweets sends out are custom built for 1-time use, now we're just grabbing the 2 click counts bitly gives back to us, and using whichever one is greater. Over the next few hours the click data from all offers should start being updated to this value.
I’m confident
