Can you explain what IZEA is all about?
I came to this site because retirementjobs.com identified your site as legitimate work-at-home site. I checked the FAQs and can’t determine how your site functions, what its purpose is, and how one might earn money using your site. Could you explain?

Basically, we match our advertisers with bloggers. Advertisers come to us and create campaigns for bloggers to talk about their sites, products or services and we then open these opportunities up to the relevant bloggers in our system who can accept them, post them to their blog and submit that post to our system.
Once it has been determined that the submitted post meets the requirements of the advertiser and the Terms of the Marketplace, it is approved and paid directly to your PayPal account 30 days from the date of submission.
We have three different Marketplaces that you can submit your blog to and each has slightly different posting and inclusion rules.
For specific information about PPP click here
For SocialSpark, once you have created an account choose the 'manage blogger account' option from the 'account' dropdown at the top right of your SocialSpark account and then click the 'Blogs' box.
On this page you will see your blog information. Click the 'get code' button to generate your blog's ITK code and claim code. Copy these codes and place them in the HTML of your blog's template code between the opening and closing body tags <body> </body>.
Once the code has been installed, come back to your SocialSpark account and click the 'refresh' button. You should see your blog show as claimed right away.
You will also see, step 3 'get verified' now shows as a link. Click this link to submit your blog to our team for manual review.
And finally, our newest Marketplace, PPP v4.0 requires no approval or codes, you just add your blog and advertisers find you.

Carri, is there a demand for blogs in Spanish? -
Hi Monica,
While we do not currently have a high demand for Spanish language blogs, we do accept them to PPP v4.0 and SocialSpark. All blogs approved to the PPP 3.0 Marketplace do still need to be written in English.

Hi Liz,
Each site has different information attached, but most do contain an FAQs, access to the Terms of Service and often a Best Practices.
In Sponsored Tweets and PPP v4.0, the FAQs are linked from the top right. In PPP, you can find information in the Bloggers section and in SS, the 'help' section is, well, helpful! :)

I was thinking more like a side-by-side comparison. There must be advantages to each system, reasons why you created new platforms but it is difficult to understand which would be most suitable to the inquirer. Any chance of collating just the basic information on to one page? -

Wow! That's great. I was thinking about something like: http://www.dell.com/business/laptops if you hit "Compare laptops". I'm sure it will be difficult to be this concise but it would be simpler than reading through three separate websites if it's clear that one or two options don't fit what I do.
