How do I close my account?
How do I close my account? I have not used PPP in quite some time and although I earned over $1500 previously, it is a very different service now and I am no longer interested in participating. I never used SocialSpark and I would like to close that account too.

Please be sure to send a ticket to Customer Love by clicking the 'Contact Support' link at the top right of your PPP account.
In SocialSpark, you can use the 'submit a help ticket' link from the 'help' dropdown again at the top right.

Inappropriate?I'm closing mine too. had several offers, never was able to make the link work. too little money for too much time fooling with this issue. But sounds like you're also making it tough to quit.1 Comment

Hi Sharon,
Please understand that Get Satisfaction is a 3rd party site that does not link to your PPP or SocialSpark account in any way. If you wish to close your account at either of these sites, you do need to send a request through our ticketing system from your PPP or SS account so that we can know which account to close.
