Why is my status 'pending' after completing all the tweets & retweets the advertiser asked for?
Hello there,
Why is my status 'pending' after completing all the tweets & retweets the advertiser asked for? It's been like that for 1-2 days already, is there anything we're waiting for? I've done my part.

Inappropriate?Hi Udi,
Generally completed tweets are paid within 3 days. If you click on the 'pending' tab at the top of your Sponsored Tweets dashboard, you should see the payment countdown. These will move to the 'complete' tab once they have been paid.
If you are still confused, please provide me with your Twitter handle and I would be happy to take a look at your account.
All the Best,

Inappropriate?I was approved by an advertiser and the ad was tweeted on 10-19 09
Why does my account still say "Pending" and no money paid to the account?

Inappropriate?I am also having this problem. Can an employee check to see why this problem is happening. I have had the same tweet sent out 10 hours apart and it is still marked as pending.
Please sort out ASAP. -
Hi Adam,
Again, tweets are generally paid out 3 days from the time that they are sent. If they have not hit a maximum $1.50 CPC, however, they may be tweeted again after 48 hours and then a 3rd time 48 hours after that.
When this happens, the Tweeter does not get paid until after the 3rd tweet or after the CPC for the initial tweet falls below $1.50 (whichever comes first).
If this still does not help to clarify, please provide me your Twitter handle and we would be happy to take a look at your account.

Carri,
I understand how it is supposed to work. I believe there is something wrong with your system as you said that it should be retweeted every 48 hours. The advertiser approved my tweet I wrote for him, and it was tweeted to my twitter account. It was still in the pending section.
Less than an hour ago (only 10 hours after the first post) it was tweeted again and is still classified in my pending section.
Usually when a post is tweeted it is moved to the "complete" section where I can see how many clicks the tweet obtained and the CPC.
This obviously is not happening for this specific tweet.
My twitter account is: AdamBshero
Please check it out and get back to me ASAP.

Thanks, Adam!
We'll definitely have someone take a look at this.

Inappropriate?About two days ago, I received an offer to tweet about halloween costumes. It was approved and even tweeted out in my stream once but has yet to move out of pending. Sooo, I guess I need help. Thanks.

Inappropriate?Yes Carri, Adam is correct. My twitter handle is @chris_robbins. Thanks.

Inappropriate? My tweet was also about Halloween costumes.

Inappropriate?Hey Adam, Chris and Capri, things should be resolved now. Tweets are supposed to go out every 2 days until they're tweeted 3 times, or until they hit that $1.50 as Carri mentioned (and you'll know -- you're smart people :). But due to a change on Twitters end, we ended up tweeting some tweets more frequently than every 2 days. We've issued a fix for our side for this issue, so you shouldn't see more tweets going out more frequently than you'd expect.
For all of these tweets, you'll still be paid either when they are hit that $1.50 CPC, or 2 hours after the 3rd time it's tweeted. You should be able to see these tweets in your 'complete' list now, and it'll show the CPC.
I’m confident
-
Inappropriate?Yes, Adam, it did go from pending to complete. Thanks! I wanted to mention though that it is still reading 2 days to go even though it was tweeted out 2 days ago and is well below the 1.50 CPC. It might auto-fix itself eventually, I don't know, but I wanted to mention it. Thanks again, --Chris
