Flaws in search

Hi - this is Heather LeMoine from ND Tourism. I just did a search for availablility, June 19-21 in Medora. There are some duplicate accommodation listings, but then the dups aren't linked to provider websites. I clicked on the "Check Price" on the Rough Riders Hotel & DIning Room - and was only redirected to the Medora.com website - no price checking. Second, I clicked on Check Price for the AmericInn - and I was sent to the AmericInn in Willmar, Minnesota.

This flaw, which has not been answered, here, or fixed in 11 days, now, could lead to a lot of problems. I did a search in another city (Jamestown) from the ndtourism.com web site. The duplicate (second) listing for Quality Inn leads to the Choice Hotels website for Quality, but unsuspecting people may actually guarantee a room that is in Albuquerque, NM.

Two huge problems with this is that it leaves them with no reservation when they arrive in Jamestown, and possibly no place to stay. They'll also get a credit card charge for a guaranteed room in NM.

Customers get upset when things like this happen. The person at the front desk of the Quality Inn in Jamestown will possibly have no idea how this could have happened.

This needs to be fixed, as soon as possible. Since only two people have reported this, and our searches were probably pretty limited, I can imagine that this is a lot more common than we can imagine.
