When will Jaiku be accepting new accounts? I put in my email a while back and I have yet to hear a peep from them!

Inappropriate?On the Jaiku site they say "A limited number of users will be able to sign up for an invitation to participate in continued beta-testing of the service. You can request an invite code here." (This quote found here)
So I'm thinking that while they are still signing people up for beta accounts, they're probably doing it slowly and minimally.

Inappropriate?Um... thanks for the quote from the site. However, since I did send in my email address as I stated above I am familiar with how to request an invitation. I was simply wondering how long it took to receive said invitation. Does anyone know the average turn around time on request to invite?

Inappropriate?Jaiku was also just acquired by Google week before last. It wouldn't surprise me if the invites were going out a lot slower than normal given the transition. To be frank, it wouldn't surprise me if they were freezing new accounts altogether. There's much speculation that the Jaiku team will be working on GPhone stuff.
