TrueBlue = ScrewYou
The company's frequent flyer program should be called "ScrewYou" instead of "TrueBlue." In exchange for our loyalty, that's the real message they are sending about their concern for us. The points run out in less than a year. How does the customer hear that? "ScrewYou." If you ask for a few day grace period they tell you "it's an automated system which we can't change." Customer interpretation? "ScrewYou." Then they have the balls to propose as a solution that you enroll in a new JetBlue American Express card to keep your so-called "earned" points which slip away rapidly like sand through the hourglass. These are the days of our JetBlue lives. I say ScrewYou JetBlue. Enroll in keeping me happy and maybe I'll fly your airline again.
