What ROUTE do you use for an off field landing?
When logging glider flights, it is not uncommon to end up landing somewhere that isn't an airport (and it's not unheard of on some powered flights :) How do we show the landing point on a ROUTE? Would we need to create a new Fix?

Inappropriate?I would also be interested in knowing how most people log this.
As for the mapping of it, I'll have to think about it. I'm hoping, at some point, to allow uploading of GPS data. But if you don't have a GPS unit, it would still be useful to be able to see the point at which your flight ended.
Right now I'm leaning towards being able to create your own points directly on the Google map. What do you think?
