Feedback system is not ideal.
The feedback system does not seem that great to me. I would like some way to comprehensively explain the features that I like and the features that I don't like. I wouldn't exactly say that they fit into the categories of "Questions" "Ideas", "Problems" or "Praise", however. It might be good to have a more general feedback form.
