Zivio Dropping Calls Back to Cellphone

My Zivio will drop conversations back to the phone every 10 minutes or so. I can restore by clicking the button -- but I haven't had this issue with other headset using the sam phone.

Bought a 'pod today for my compact - based on all the glowing reviews... and I cannot move the locking ring without the aid of a cloth ! Cannot budge it with naked fingers :-(

Have I got a duff one, or are they all this rubbish ?
VERY dissapointed...

Loose Joints on my GorillaPod

Hi:

I purchased a small gorillapod late last year. It is a brilliant product! Unfortunately some of the joints have become loose and it just won't hold the camera up anymore. What should I do?

By the way the cameras I have been using have been the Casio EX-Z750 and the Ricoh GR II digital.

Problem with my gorillapod.. help?

I was just taking a picture on my table with my gorillapod and the piece above where the three legs connect snapped. It looks like there was a crack in the connector piece... it just up and broke. It wasn't attached to anything or at an awkward angle. I'm not sure what caused it to snap. I've only had it a few months, can I get a replacement. I loved my gorillapod. =(

I have tried 4 times in one week to order my Zivio headset but the credit card will not be authorized, yet the card works everywhere else? I called customer service and although they were pleasant, they were not of much help. I want to order but cannot for some unknown reason??? Called CC company as well and everything is fine. Online and on the phone, CC will not authorize for Zivio order...help!

How do the lock ring and the release button work? I can't move either of them.

I just got a Gorillapod and I can't move the lock ring or the release button. The arrow on the lock ring is pointing just to the right of the open padlock position (pictures on the web-site show it pointing exactly at the padlock). I can't move the lock ring at all and the release button for the screw mounting plate doesn't move and doesn't release the plate.
