Dear Joby,

As you have failed to answer my email you leave me no choice but to air my dirty laundry in public. Please justify how you can charge £29.95 for the go-go when in the US its $29.95 I hate to be the one to break the bad news but the current exchange rate for $ to £ is around 1.98 dollars to the pound, making the cost of a go-go around $59 in the UK!!!
I am not naive to the fact that there are costs involved with transportation and tax but to nearly double the price is daylight robbery.

I look forward to your reply explaining why you wish to rip off the UK customers.
