6 days since order, says billed but no shipping status.
My order says "billed" but there's no tracking number or confirmation. Waiting 6 days and still no shipping? I paid extra for fast shipping, I don't want to miss my sisters b-day without my gift. That would be...pretty bad since she's only out for a couple days from out of province.

Inappropriate?Just to make sure that we get this all sorted, could you please email us at info@joby.com with your full name and mailing address, and your order number if you have it.
Since I'm not sure exactly which customer you are I can't say for sure, but I believe the issue with your order could have been that expedited shipping was not available for your location. In that case, we would not be able to issue you a tracking number because the shipper we use does not provide them for regular mail.
However, if that is the case then we also would not have charged you the expedited price. We would have only charged the regular shipping price.
To make sure we clear this up, however, please send us an email and reference this conversation. We'll be happy to get to the bottom of this. Thanks for your patience.
