Are there other ear pieces available for purchase other than the ones that come with the device (included in the box)?
I researched Bluetooth headsets online for days before deciding on the Zivio, so my expectations were quite high. The problem is- I can’t get it to fit & stay in my ear! The smallest mushroom is so tight that my ear hurts (and feels swollen) after 1⁄2 an hour- I have a 2-1/2 hour commute (one-way) to work and I actually get a headache from wearing it. In addition, it seals my ear so tight that I’m partially deaf and I can’t stand to hear my own voice! The scoop pieces fit in my ear without the headset, but once connected to the headset they fall out due to the weight of the headset. The only way it fits connected to the headset is when the microphone is pointing straight down! The loop doesn’t wrap all the way around my ear, so it is not very helpful. My husband tried the scoops as well and the same thing happened to him, so I don’t believe it is just my ears!
Zivio, do you have any other earpieces available- perhaps a more-secure, larger wrap-around loop? I really like the sound quality but it is not possible for me to wear this thing!
Please help me!

Inappropriate?Search on amazon.com for the Jabra Ear Gels. They're ugly, but amazing. If not for buying those things, I'd have never got this zivio to stay on my head either, but with a Jabra on there, I could wear this all day and forget it was there.

Brian, were you able to get the Jabra gels to fit well on the Zivio? Do they sit well on the Zivio earpiece? -
Inappropriate? If the smallest mushroom is causing discomfort, it is too small for the external auditory canal and is pressing on the more sensitive internal canal. I would try a larger mushroom. The larger scoop shaped earpieces work better for me. In order for it not to rotate in the "bowl" of the ear, the scoop should be positioned so it faces forward, or in other words toward your nose.

Inappropriate? What about the idea of a bigger hook around the ear. I think it would help mine from feeling like it's about to always fall off. Any place to get a different hook?

Currently we only have one size of ear loop. It was designed with a shorter hook to limit interference for people who wear glasses. I'll send along your feedback to our engineers, however.
