Constant disconnect and reconnect
My Zivio Boom constantly disconnects and reconnects to my Motorola Razr. Every 20 seconds or so it disconnects and then reconnects a few seconds later.
It will stay connected the entire time I am on a call, but start messing it up the second I hang up. It will mess up even when the phone and headset are sitting right next to eachother and both fully charged...

Inappropriate?I'm sorry to hear about your difficulties.
Generally, to troubleshoot the disconnect issues, we recommend three things: turn your phone on and off, reset your Zivio, and re-pair your Zivio.
To reset your Zivio, press and hold the "Power" button and "Volume +" button down until you hear a beep emitted from your Zivio. This resets the Zivio completely and puts it into pairing mode. Also, make sure your Zivio has been deleted from your phone's list of available devices.
Next, repair your Zivio to your phone as normal. You will need to enter the passcode "0000" again since it is basically recognizing the Zivio for the first time again.
If that doesn't work, please let us know and we'll be happy to help with further troubleshooting.
